I like Wendy’s product & the 3 people who appear to be the only employees trying to keep the ship afloat at this location , are very friendly and helpful. It’s sad that they don’t have the support they need to run things efficiently and spend I’m sure large quantities of time apologizing for the wait or a mistake they made because they don’t have the appropriate amount of help. The McDonald’s directly across the street is just as slow and makes lots of mistakes to but they seem to have more then enough people working or hanging out or whatever they are doing back there and when they do make a mistake they are rude if you ask them to correct it. I hope Wendy’s corporate reads all these reviews because while the problems exist here I choose these 3 polite employees trying to do it right over the large group across the street at McDonalds who do not care and don’t care if you know it. Please invest in these people they are truly working for the Wendy’s brand

I have avoided this location due to an uncooked chicken sandwich four years ago. Decided to give them a second chance today and get a burger. After sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes, I got cold fries with it. Don’t be tricked by the shorter drive thru line!

Friday at lunch time, I waited in the drive-thru for over five minutes. It appeared they were short-staffed, with only about three employees working. Management may want to evaluate staffing levels during peak hours to keep service running efficiently. The employees present were doing their best, but additional support would likely improve the overall experience.

Friendly staff. Spent $50 on food just for a sandwich to be a completely wrong sandwich, forgot a drink, and one of the sandwiches looked half raw. Don’t recommend.
