  How hard is it to put the icing cup in the bag?! Apparently impossible for this store since they haven’t been able to do it the last 3 or 4 orders. Message to corporate says complaint will be forwarded to local store. Guess what? Nobody ever reaches out from the local store.

  I ordered delivery and someone else picked up my order. When I called the store to address this everyone was very polite and accommodating, and they remade my food. The food here is always delicious and everyone is so nice, this has become my go-to fast food spot.

  Was in there earlier tonight to grab a late dinner, the guy packaging the orders as they got done instantly noticed my food was wrong, and him and the other staff didn't panic and just made it correctly, might of had a little longer of a wait but I'm glad they seen it they fixed it. Alot of places wouldn't notice so pretty happy with them paying attention

  I have been a delivery customer at this store for years. Clearly Dominos has changed their system universally and it has been for the worst. We live on a very main street in town and have a well-lit house that is extremely easy to find and access. We have never had issues with any deliveries of food and packages in the many years I have lived here. We never had an issue with Dominos until a few months ago. All of a sudden, their drivers could no longer find our home. We have had four instances where the driver could not find our house, despite it being one of the most traveled main roads in town. During three instances, instead of calling us, the driver just dumped our food off to the wrong house. We found one order, which was at a random house on an alley side street and not even close to our home or the street we live in. The other orders? Someone lucked out and got free pizza. Then when we tried to call the Huntingdon store, the number just routes you to a call center overseas, where the people are not at all able to assist you. When they try to connect us to the store, it disconnects. We have tried to call the store's 814 number many times and have not been able to get through their corporate phone tree to the store. I went in to the store physically to tell them of the issues after the second missing order, and they just blamed it on the drivers being new and said that they would give us a credit for our last order lost on our account. They never even followed through with that and no credit was ever added to our account and we continued to have the same issues despite having different drivers. It is clear that corporate has implemented some sort of new companywide universal phone system and GPS system for their drivers and it has major issues. My guess is that their corporate system is not overly accurate in more of the rural service areas, like Huntingdon county. At this point I have probably lost close to $100 in food due to their drivers not being able to find a house that is easily found with Google and Waze. Not to mention most people who live in the area should know the street I live on by name and that a random side street or alley is not the correct destination. I am embarrassed to admit how much money I use to spend on Dominos, but they have lost my business. I will be using other restaurants moving forward and Dominos is now off of our household menu.
