  Dont waste your time here that's all it is takes forever to get your food I was the only person in line and they tell me to pull up I sitt and wait 10 more mins wow this is the last time 😞

  Slow service across the board; dine-in, online, and drive-thru all waiting 5+ minutes with barely any customers. No name tags either, which makes it hard to recognize good service or address poor service. I guess it’s easier to stay anonymous. I understand staffing can be tough, but Huntingdon Meats LLC still has a business to run. At some point, it’s about management and accountability. Four employees on shift and the place still isn’t functioning efficiently with that kind of overhead, this has to be crushing profitability. To make matters worse, my order was wrong, twice. They were out of Arby’s sauce (pump) and even out of napkins. The dining room was a hot mess. Honestly, it’s not surprising this location has a reputation for poor service and lack of cleanliness It speaks for itself.

  Went to Arby's today to get their meat in three I asked for red sauce and to add cheese to my beef sandwich got home. The cheese sticks were blown out. No cheese in them at all. No cheese on my sandwich and no red sauce. Super disappointed

  They. Are slow when you go inside. They get the drive thru first. One day I waited 4 minutes for someone to come to the counter. I order online now.

  I heard the gm left here and I’m so proud of her I am sad for Huntingdon because her and her husband were truly the best thing that happened to this restaurant!!! Came in yesterday and found out!!! The new manager smelled like alcohol and there was a young girl who I never seen a day in the year was disrespectful and rude!!! Heard the old staff talking about the new manager refused to throw away old food and was serving it to us customers!! I won’t be back and neither will anyone I see at the hospital that I know who comes to eat with us!! I will miss seanpauls big smile and Julie’s super friendly service but Arbys will be exactly like Wendy’s now!!! Place will go to the dumps!! Me and my clients will be eating else where!
