- SSShannon SmithSep 22, 20251.0Listen… i worked in the food industry for 4 years… i’ve had my share of off putting people and rude workers/customers… however why is every chipotle the same? I love that this new location opened seeing it’s closer than others, however they will never get the portions right. I don’t understand why they put so much rice and a normal amount of meat and then either too much or too little of everything else. I was with another person ordering and when the worker asked them what kind of rice they wanted they put it on both of our burritos— the worker never asked me and instead looked VISIBLY annoyed when i asked for less rice …. yet nothing was taken off. When asking for more sour cream because the worker legit put barely any on there (since he filled the burrito at this point to the edge ….) he also looked annoyed and put the biggest scoop ever— to the point i had to take apart my burrito at home seeing everything is saturated with sour cream …. LISTEN first world problems, i know, however when coming in for a service— i don’t like this. Also the one seemed hella annoyed that people kept coming in after us…. if you don’t like your job just quit— don’t be off putting to others. Anyways it seems many reviews also reflect mine so i know i'm not crazy.

Frozen sauces just refilled in front of me instead of getting a new tin that didn’t have frozen sauce stuck on the edges. Young man waiting on me just disappeared while making my meal and I had to ask someone else to help as food was getting cold. Very disappointed, will never go back!
