  ordered a crunchwrap supreme with black beans, no meat. - drive 15 min to find out they added meat to the entire order. just shameful.

  This is the second time this store has done this. I’ve paid for extra cheese and they barely put anything on it. There’s literally no meat and the cheese on the corner is all I got. I paid nearly ten dollars for a serving of chips and a spoonful of beans. Really disappointed considering my husband didn’t notice it until he got home.

  I made a mobile order and when I got there, the employees looked at me rude, all just stared at me, I said thank you and no response. They said the frozen drink machine was broken but my drink came out perfectly fine. I said that I wanted a refund and the employee told me I had to do it on the app, but I ordered on the website so there was no option and forced me to take the food. Another employee screamed over her and said they couldn’t serve me the drink, which is not true considering I have worked in customer served 4 years and took multiple training courses. The manager came out to talk to me and check the frozen drink machine. Later the employee came out and brought me the drink and it tasted normal. “the customer is always right” well not here. Also my grilled cheese burrito was burnt.

  Way too slow at night five or six working and still taking twenty plus minutes for orders.
