I asked what was in their new burrito and they told me it was just meat and cheese. I said I want it just chicken and cheese, nothing else and they put ranch on it. I pulled back through drive through, and 3 people had to run up to the window to tell me I ordered wrong. That the word “plain” means different things to different people. I really don’t care, but the attitude got to go

Very poor mannerism .

The issue was walking in, the cashier not acknowledging me and walking away from the counter. I then watched a rather large gentleman giggling as he threw different toppings on to my order from across two different food stations. I watched this for about five minutes before he caught on, and had a rather surprised look on his face after realizing it was my order he was working on. He then stated the food was still being worked on. Got two burnt stackers, a bowl that looked like the same large gentleman sat on it, and a crunchwrap that was apparently vegetarian since I couldn't find any trace of meat between the soggy lettuce and the cold cheese. I'm glad whoever was jumping up and down in a Santa hat for ten minutes in the back room was finally attentive enough to give me my food. Do yourself a favor and spend the same amount of money somewhere else if you're craving quick tacos.
