  Ordered two meals, all the burgers were made incorrect. Went back in the store and informed the workers of the incorrectly made burgers and they argued with me that the burgers were made correctly. We were promised a refund for the orders by one manager and the other manager refused.

  Slow service to busy talking they who ever Jamie is can’t cook and destroy the food my food was still cold place is a joke

  Not a good mcdonalds mainly bc of service. If not for playplace, would never return. Some younger employees are miserable and have no manners. Too lazy to walk food to table for table service. Waited 10 mins then walked to ask about order and there it sat. Out of sweet tea. Asked for sugar. Acted like I was bothering her. Then just gave it to me and walked away. No communication or smile...etc. Playplace is nice but often dirty as you never see anyone cleaning tables or in there at all. Shame but also not surprised. Wish i could leave a better review.
