When I finally got mine, it was missing pico, salsa verde, and habanero, so I had to go back. Then after returning to work, I realized they also forgot the lettuce and queso. Ended up missing my lunch. Completely unacceptable

When we got to the counter they were already out of steak, which was frustrating but fine, we decided to order something else. Then we found out they were also out of lettuce. At that point it felt like half the menu wasn’t even available. Ordering itself was chaotic. The employees seemed annoyed that we were there, barely spoke, and were just rushing us down the line to the next section before we could even ask questions or request anything extra. I wanted to ask for extra ground beef but the employee was already moving on before I could even say anything. Since steak was unavailable, I ordered the brisket, and when I opened my bowl it was literally one huge chunk of brisket that wasn’t even cut up, making it almost impossible to eat properly. To make matters worse, they were out of forks, so I had to try to eat a giant block of brisket with a spoon. Also had no napkins stocked, or lids for the sodas. The most shocking part was the price- almost $50 for two meals, a kids meal, and two drinks. For that cost, you expect basic ingredients to be available and the food to at least be prepared correctly. It’s a shame because the food itself tasted good, but the overall experience was frustrating enough that we won’t be returning to this location. This place has potential, but it really needs better management and better staff training.
