  10/10! I called ahead to reserve a table for 13 on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted with professionalism and kindness. When we arrived, it took a little while to get seated, but it was worth the wait — we got a great table and amazing service. My family and I had an outstanding time, the food was perfect, this is a smaller Outback but it super clean and everyone is friendly and I absolutely love good customer service. Our waiter, Michael, and waitress had patience with us, they were kind, funny, and so sweet with our group. It’s rare to find all of that in public places these days. We truly appreciated the experience! The owner is also working in there making sure everything runs smooth, he was also extremely friendly and kind. Please keep it up guys, you have an awesome team❤️

  Excellent service. At least four people checked with us to see if we needed anything, replenished our bread and drinks, or served our food. This ensured we didnt wait for anything while our waitress was busy. This was the best service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. The food was large quantities and tasted very good.

  This was my first time visiting this Outback location. It was myself, my fiancé, my dad, my daughter, both of her best friends, and two very close family friends. It was the best dining experience of my entire life. Michael was our server, and he was the BEST server we've ever had. His personality is AMAZING. He was fun, upbeat, polite, kind, funny, very intelligent, and even went as far as to talk with us about personal struggles that we have in common. All 8 of us left that restaurant with a full stomach, a smile on our faces, and nothing but positive things to say about Michael for the rest of our evening. The food was excellent, the portions were more than fair, and the service was VERY fast. I will absolutely be back in the future!

  Poorly managed. Came in purposefully during unpopular hours. Was told we still had to wait 25 mins due to lack of servers. After waiting 30 mins, they sat the group behind us (same amount of people) before us. We spoke up and instead of them saying our mistake we will seat you now, she said sorry and proceeded to take the Caucasian family. Didn’t feel good at all. We left shortly after.
