Maybe one of the absolute worst DD’s out there. Today I was driving my daughter to school and she asked to stop to get a drink and a bagel. I ordered a coffee and a sandwich for myself as well. We get there and there’s no communication from the staff to the customers that were standing around.
After about 15 mins of standing around I noticed that our drinks were ready so I said may I please have my drinks and I’ll circle back around and pick up the food after I drop my daughter off to school. The employee said no problem. I drop my daughter off and head back 5 minutes later and the employee sees me and says nothing. I stand there for another 5 minutes and these employees don’t say anything. They don’t have my food. Truly bizarre- but the worst part was I paid for the food! What is going on with this place!!!!!

The manager, Dav, is likely expecting that I would post this review on Google. I will also submit a formal complaint to Dunkin’ corporate regarding this incident.
This experience was not upsetting because an item was out of stock — it was upsetting because of how the manager chose to treat me as a customer.
I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin’ app for three bagels with cream cheese and a 25-count chocolate Munchkins. When I arrived, I was told the chocolate Munchkins were unavailable. Without notifying me or asking for approval, the store had substituted blueberry Munchkins on their own.
My son has a blueberry allergy, so I explained that we could not accept them and asked for a refund for the Munchkins or a reasonable alternative. I personally asked whether the order could be substituted with a half dozen donuts. The employee agreed and said it could be done.
However, the male manager, Dav, stepped in and refused. He provided no explanation, no alternative, and no solution. Instead, he repeatedly told me to cancel the order in the app — even though the Dunkin’ app does not allow cancellations once an order is prepared.
What followed was the most disturbing part of the experience. The manager refused to look at me, refused to speak to me directly, and actively avoided communication. When I asked to speak with him, he even instructed employees not to give me his name and walked into the back, choosing to ignore me entirely.
To protect myself, I asked if I could get a signature from the manager on the receipt to clearly document that I did not receive the Munchkins.
The manager completely ignored this request, would not acknowledge me, and would not even make eye contact.
At that point, I was no longer being treated like a customer — or even like a person deserving of basic courtesy. I left the store with only the bagels, feeling dismissed, disrespected, and humiliated.
Out-of-stock items happen. I understand that. But a manager refusing to communicate, hiding behind employees, silencing staff, and deliberately ignoring a customer is not acceptable under any standard of customer service.
What is even more concerning is that I later learned the manager’s name only because an employee quietly shared it. I am now genuinely worried that this employee may face retaliation simply for trying to help.
This situation could have been resolved calmly and respectfully within minutes. Instead, it was handled in a way that showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic human respect.
I hope this location and Dunkin’ leadership take this seriously. No customer should ever be treated this way.

They knew this review was coming. I went here regularly because its near my house, but the guy there must be shift leader ruined the store and lose many customers due to his attitude.
I know they probably don’t care for these reviews but still want others to get warnings if you want to stop by
Please drive little further to Easton Rd or Abington for better service, unless you want to pay for bad food and service then you can come here.

Went to pick up munchkins and a breakfast sandwich around 5:15 AM. Google and the store itself states they open at 5 AM. Went through the drive thru and was told they ONLY had coffee to serve. What is the point of being open if you are only serving coffee and not ***DONUTS*** at DUNKIN DONUTS!!! To add, customer service was less than stellar.
