Girl who took order was eating a donut with her mouth open, while chewing making my ice coffee. No lid on my drink while she was "OPEN" mouth chewing over my drink. "DISCUSTING!!" Never going there again!! 1st time i stopped there in 5 year's and the last time!! We got our order before the 5 people that were in front of me which is also wrong!! This was at 3:00 pm on a Sunday after shopping at Walmart. I usually have quite a pleasant visit when I have stopped here ,but not this time. I understand being short staffed but there was 6 maybe 7 people working!! Parking sucks also. You have to park inside of the drive through area. If there is parking available away from the building I would say park away from the drive thru or if drive through is busy you can't get out of your parking spot.
- LSlisa sSep 30, 20251.0If I could give a negative 1000000 I would. I had to use the ladies room, It was dirty, but I had to go so I took paper towels and washed the toilet. When I got out of the ladies room there was 2 other people waiting to be waited on, we all stood there for 10 minutes or more, the staff was talking about some crap about rewards, and credits at some place, there was 1 guy there, and he seemed to be running the drive through by himself there was 4 staff and he was the only one working. 2 was on their phones and talking to the other one. I guess us customers wasn't important because we all just walked out, and had a conversation in the parking lot, they never paid us any mind at all.
