  I had a really frustrating experience here. My family and I pulled up at 9:30 PM on 4/11/26, and despite the store being listed as 24 hours, we were told they were not taking any in-person orders and were only doing DoorDash. That’s very misleading. As a customer, that felt unprofessional and honestly disappointing. If the store isn’t able to serve walk-in customers at certain times, the hours should be updated to reflect that instead of advertising 24-hour service. On top of that, the service here has been consistently slow in past visits, which seems to match the current low rating. I think management really needs to step in—either improve staffing or adjust the hours so expectations are clear. Right now, I would only recommend coming during the daytime if you want reliable service.

  This McDonald's is by far one of the worst. Took 15 minutes to order, girl on loud speaker needs to speak up and clear, doesn't offer a receipt, waited at the 3rd window for 25 minutes for my cold soggy fries, cheeseburgers were barely warm, gave me no BBQ sauce for my 20 piece nuggets, no straws for drinks, no napkins, and naturally the frappe machine is and always broken. I'm more convinced they just don't wanna clean it. Will NEVER return to this location.

  Ordered via the app, waited for 20 minutes curbside and eventually went inside. They hadn’t even started the order! At least the order was correct when we got it.

  Waited close to 20 min for drive thru for a mobile order. They didn’t even speak into the drive thru microphone until we said hello. They had us waiting so we had to go to the third window to wait even more. When they finally came out to give us our order, I asked what took so long, she said idk it was the cooks and seemed to not care. This was ordered 3.28 at 9:40pm.

  If I could give this restaurant a zero star I would we are door dashing mind you that it says only if the restaurant is closed that we have to use the drive through it is wrapped around so I was like I’ll go in no wonder it was wrapped around they closed the inside and as well as it says on there door they should close the inside at 10pm why are they trying to close early when I worked at subway my manager would have yelled at me and you guys just let this happen you guys need a new manager. Why are they letting businesses out of control these days maybe it’s because people just want to be on there phones and especially kids want to just not work and they let them do anything they want cause they don’t want to loose them.. and we had asked the guy why they had close it down early he had told us that it closes at nine and then we said we came at 8:30 and he was like they closed it I don’t know and as well as they all have AirPods or ear phones in working with food like that is disrespectful and disgusting they all also were giving evil looks being disrespectful like why are they letting that McDonald’s get so out of hand if I was there boss I would have a sit down talk about the right clothes the right things to do and how to properly talk and greet people instead of saying what did you have in an attitude you would say how can I help you today with a nice and with a smile not looking like today is your last day alive I understand we all have to work for a living I work in traffic control in the rain snow any conditions and I still smile why can’t they.
