What did you guys do with the wings!? They use to be great (although tiny); nice and crisp. You could tell they were made fresh and fried there in house by the crispy bits on there. Now the breading is a sorry, soggy mess, as if heated up in the microwave. Did you change your supplier? Do you now bring the frozen wings in already fried and you just reheat them in the microwave? This isn’t a one time thing. Second time in a row I ordered wings and can tell it’s different than before. Rest of place is still fun and nice place to come out with my son, although the prices/number of tickets required to redeem for nice prizes is now ridiculous; some more than doubled in the past year. iPad use to be 180k, now 240k. PS5, switch, Xbox all use to be about 100-120k, now way more. PS5 is now 228k. They also no longer have a 10% military/veterans discount when buying game play (although they did have a nice promotion on Veterans Day itself, offering free food and some game play). The staff are nice and in general more friendly here than the location in the north hills. Seriously though, please fix the wings. They shouldn’t be soggy.

I usually have a great experience at this location, but unfortunately, tonight was very disappointing. My sister, her family, and I went to celebrate our kids’ birthdays — we’ve spent well over $1,000 at this location. After playing games, we went to pick out a prize. I had a little over 7,400 tickets and decided on a pair of headphones. The employee assisting me said a manager needed to check my card because of the high ticket amount. When the manager came over, he took my card without any explanation and simply walked away. I asked the employee why this was happening, and he said some people have stolen cards in the past and used their tickets. After waiting about 15–20 minutes with no communication, I finally demanded that my card be returned. A different staff member came over and tried to explain possible reasons my card could be blocked, but by then I was beyond frustrated — especially since I also had the app showing the same balance and card information. When the original employee returned, he said I had won a jackpot and that the tickets had been transferred from one card to another, which I explained was because I had lost the first card. There was no apology, no effort to make it right, and no empathy at all. Sadly, I left with a crying child and a terrible experience at a place that used to be one of our favorites. I’m truly disappointed and won’t be spending any more money at this location — which is a shame, because we’ve always enjoyed coming here as a family.

I went to eat with my kids. The atmosphere is family friendly, even a little loud but a nice time. I tried to order the appetizer I wanted and 1 Item was out of stock from that appetizer and I was told I couldn't get a substitute for the item so I couldn't purchase the appetizer. Then the entree I wanted was also out of a stock, so that was disappointing. This was a weekend day so maybe they were extra busy.
