They can get super busy at times which calls for very long wait times, but the customer service and the attitude of the employee always make it worth it. Everyone who works there is very friendly and is very accommodating to any request that you may have.

This unfortunately means my doordash orders also come from this location. Almost every time im there, they are “out” of something. Many times this is at 6:30 or 7pm. It doesnt seem like the cooks keep up with when they need to be preparing more meat or toppings. This evening, they ran out of queso. Several evening orders from this location have arrived without guacamole that was requested as well. The worst part of this location is unfortunately the service. Today, a young girl was handling the entire counter on her own. She was in a terrible mood and kept talking under her breath and breathing as if she was irritared with my requests. I could also tell that she was extremely stressed when it came to the burrito wrapping. Either she didnt pay attention or was not taught how to wrap them. Both my wife and I received what looked like perfect circles with our food pouring out the side. She was also upset when she had to be inconvenienced to reach into the back of the fridge for the corn. None of her teammates seemed to be communicating either. Maybe this location needs some decent leadership to get orders right, train, and keep moral up. If there is not any improvement, I will be eating elsewhere.

Today, I was impressed with the quality of service and food that I received at this location. It seems like this store has had new management take over, but whatever they’re doing, it’s working! The young man that took my order asked me what i wanted and I proceeded to tell him I wanted a bowl and my protein was going to be the beef Barbacoa. His response was what do you mean? Well it is on the menu right above his head i told him. Would not recommend this restaurant.
