- PPpearlHeemMar 15, 20262.0what an experience here..can’t count the amount of chipotles i’ve been to in the last 15 years but this one truly stands out as one of the worst..the main issue would have to be the chefs..i ordered Al Pastor right near open and yet i couldn’t chew the chicken! many pieces were over burnt..i just really couldn’t believe it i came back inside and expressed my concern and they said “the chicken is like that BECAUSE we have to cook it twice”..this really makes no sense because if everyone had this mandate, why can’t this location handle it? they offered to give me regular chicken as it’s only “cooked once” and was handed a “cup of chicken”…i took it and i can’t make this up, i thought i was eating TUNA at this point unfortunately, i failed to check the reviews before coming because upon finding out this is a TWO STAR CHIPOTLE, it ALL MADE SENSE GET IT TOGETHER! PLEASE.

That worker says they r making it but 15 minutes later nothing so I go up again and ask someone else and they said someone might’ve stole my order and im here waiting even longer. I got my food order 50 minutes later than supposed to. I’m just mad the first worker kinda lie to my face and didn’t help me
