  Every time me and my friends go, there is an issue. This time they were out of “every drink”. Last time it took 30 minutes for everything to be ready.

  Absolutely awful service. Placed mobile order and waited and waited at assigned stall. About 10 minutes after our food was supposed to be out we pushed the red button and asked about our food. A man opened the drive thru door, looked at us and LAUGHED, and a few minutes later a sour faced unfriendly lady (the screen said Julia) brings us our food with no greeting or words back to us even though we said hello to her and thanked her multiple times. Also found some hard foreign object in my chili cheese tots. Will NOT return to this sonic.

  Honestly not a great experience. We used the app, which instructed us to park in a slot and provide the number, which we did. According to the app and slot display our order was delivered and no food had arrived. We hit the button to ask for help and an employee opened the carhop door, saw us and laughed, and eventually sent out our order. The tots were cold and had to be reheated at home, and there was an unidentifiable hard piece in my fiancees food.

  Service was great. But there isn’t a single trash can on the exterior of the premises. Which is extremely odd considering you eat in your vehicle.

  This place should just close. Went there a few months back and they didn't give us the right amount of chicken tenders. Tried 1 last time yesterday evening and no improvement, ask for a plain burger it came out with cheese on it sent it back and instead of making me a new burger, the just removed the cheese and gave it back. If you're un happy about you job or don't want to be there, move on because you're playing with people's health. Just not worth it at all.
