I just ordered from here through DoorDash and ordered two big breakfast meals for my kids but received one without pancakes. I would have gone and got it myself if they would answer the phone at this place since breakfast is almost over now. I called for twenty minutes with no answer at this location. Both me and my mother tried to call too, just rang and rang and rang with no answer each time.

One of those "hit or miss" moments that unfortunately missed! Food was old and cold. Two double cheeseburgers were cold. Fries were extra greasy and limp, like they tried to refry them. Nuggets were hard and they forgot my sauce. It was somewhat busy so I was expecting fresher food. But ofcourse, we'll go back and try again.

After calmly waiting for over 15 minutes I simply asked how much longer until the order would be ready, an associate was looking for my order when the manager on duty (~315pm on 12/3) shouted to me "if you can't wait that's a YOU problem not mine".. which is completely rude and unprofessional

Complete ripoff. Did not include everything ordered. Food ice cold. Not made properly. One hamburger had a bite out of it. Wouldn't feed this trash to a dog. Location response to complaint was non existent. These people couldn't care less. Complained to corporate for refund, stated they forwarded to local. Crickets chirping. ZERO STARS.
UPDATE: I already complained to your customer service people who didn't do anything. They claimed to have forwarded the complaint to the local restaurant who didn't bother to respond. Good luck in the future with your "CUSTOMER SERVICE SCAM". I'll be disputing this with my credit card company as FRAUD.

We have to check our order evertune before we pull away because something is always off. I honestly can't beleive how the most simple of requests are so hard. And we're talking "no ketchup" and only receiving ketchup. It's seriously crazy.
