Your best chance to get exactly what you ordered is to go in person and make sure the order is right.

The staff consistently act as if customers are bothering them just by walking in. The energy behind the counter is negative — rushed, dismissive, and filled with attitude. You can feel it the moment you start ordering. The young staff have no sense of professionalism or basic courtesy. No smiles, no greetings, no “thank you.” They throw the food together carelessly and act annoyed if you ask for anything extra or try to clarify your order. It’s honestly uncomfortable and disappointing, especially when you’re spending your hard-earned money. Management seriously needs to step in and retrain the entire team. A customer shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience. This location could be great if someone held the staff accountable and set higher standards for service. Until then, I’ll be taking my business to another Chipotle — one that actually values its customers.

They said somebody to the line, and everyone ignored me. I stood there very upset that I couldn’t even get food. Everyone in there was rude. I just left and walked out the door. I will never in my life come here again. If you want chipotle, PLEASE do yourself a favor and just go to another location. You do not want to give your business to this location.
