  To start the customer service was unacceptable. The one taking my order was extremely rude. The bathroom was a whole other horror story. It seemed like dead fish and was super dirty.

  It's Wendy's, so I don't expect the food or ambience of a high end restaurant, but i do expect good service. The woman at thr counter was a special needs individual, but she was kind, polite, and thoughtful (wished me (by name) a great day as my order was placed on the tray!). Because of that, I'd come back to this location. Kindness is free, but it pays exponentially. Well-done, Wendy's!

  4/8/26: Order was nowhere near correct. When got home it was missing a sandwich altogether. Went back to and they gave wrong sandwich. One other sandwich was not made as ordered and was very poorly assembled. Very sad as we’ve never had a problem here before. Must be a management issue

  Just a bunch of teenagers who work and don’t care about the job, you can tell by the really poor quality food

  Its Wendy's. You get kinda what you ask for. Food on the go. Kids happy thats all that matters.
