  My boyfriend and I came here and the cashier, Mike, was absolutely awful. He wasn’t just rude,he was openly hostile to everyone who walked up to the counter. He kept interrupting people, rolling his eyes, making dramatic faces, and acting like doing his job was some huge burden. When I tried to change my order, he got irritated instantly, and when I tried to speak, he literally snapped, “uh hello, what do you want,” like I was bothering him by ordering food at a restaurant. It was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If management thinks it’s acceptable to have someone this unprofessional representing their business, that says everything. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

  We ordered both regular and spicy nuggets from Wendy’s for the first time in Hershey’s. The spicy nuggets were really disappointing and didn’t taste as good as they do at other Wendy’s locations. Definitely didn’t expect this kind of food quality from Wendy’s.

  Stop in after going to chocolate world with my family, my sister got a bacon double stack and the meat was flat out pink, along with my niece she got a jr bacon cheeseburger and the meat was flat pink. The manager said that's how they're made, which is so sickening. My sister works for Wendy's and knows that they're not made like that. On top of that the kid behind the register was making inappropriate faces towards my fiance, directly in front of me. In my opinion shittiest wendys I've ever been do n wouldn't ever recommend eating here at all

  Employee was on top of my order. Friendly and working hard, taking orders and bagging and serving them. Hard to gind good service was refreshing.

  Absolutely disgusting!!! Understaffed, for the volume of costumers pouring in. Homecoming, and hershey park. We went in for take out, so we could wash our hands. My daughter ordered food while I took my grandchildren in to wash hands. 2 bathrooms, 1 with poopy underpants, the rest dirty to look at. I went out to tell my daughter lets go. Unfortunately she already ordered and paid. 3 people working total. The manager was taking orders and helping with the orders. Trash cans overflowing everywhere. Fries on the floor in dinning area. Sticking to the floor in front of the drink machine. The food order was cold. Please get this manager some help with staffing, if you care about your franchise. As much as I wanted to tell the manager what I thought of wendys that evening, I also wanted to wash my hands and help him get caught up.
