He's the only one that makes sure your food is hot, you leave with a receipt and accurate change. He is also friendly.

Not only was the dining room and restrooms disgusting- we all got sick after our meals! The manager was rude to each person who made an order. We were all in shock of what a negative experience we had. It is laughable as we talk about it now!
