  Normally I’m not the one to type out reviews, but this is ridiculous. That’s how you know it’s bad. I’ve been to this Dunkin multiple times, and almost every time my order has been either wrong or “lost”(I can always see it on the counter behind them and they argue with me until I pull up my app on the receipt.) Today I ordered for my coworker and I, they were supposed to pick it up on the way to work, so sent them a screenshot of my order confirmation because I knew something was going to happen. They got to the Dunkin, and NOBODY acknowledged them for like 6 minutes, and ofc when they got acknowledged my order was “missing”. They showed the employee my order confirmation to which the employee said they were out of carbonated water for my drink which was fine, as someone who previously worked in food I totally get that, but the woman at the counter was extremely rude to my coworker. (One thing I’ve noticed every time I come to this location is how extremely rude some of the employees are.) I ended up texting my coworker to order me something else but seemingly every drink I tried to order was out, which was odd to me bc normally the other Dunkin I order from has the unavailable products marked on the app for their location. I settled on a drink that was $2 less than what I paid for, and they STARTED MAKING THE WHOLE ORDER AFTER THAT. My friend had picked an iced latte and I made the order 30 MINUTES before my friend got there. Can confirm when I made the order there was nobody in the line (I can see the line from where I work.) I’d get it if they waited to make my only my drink since they didn’t have the materials, but waiting to make both is crazy. My coworker ended up being 8 minutes late to work bc of how long they took to acknowledge them and to finally make the order. Oh and my drink is STILL wrong. I ended up picking the sangria drink with green tea, why did I get a lemonade drink that definitely has the wrong syrup in it? (I’ve ordered this drink multiple times so I know what it’s supposed to taste like too) My other coworker said she went yesterday and had a similar experience with Dunkin, where they misplaced her order and the employee took her phone and almost made her REPURCHASE the whole order, until they miraculously found her order on the counter again right behind them. It’s also impossible to get a refund bc none of the customer support options on my app at least have anything to do with a refund… so like I’d have to wait till Monday for their customer service office to be open in which they would tell me it’s “too late to get a refund since I can’t prove I got the wrong drink.” Yes this has happened before so this is from experience. Emailing them doesn’t really work either because I’m still waiting on a response from an email I sent 7 months ago abt a diff order. I think I’ll just stick to my other Dunkin from now on.

  We were the only ones in the restaurant and they were so slow, order is wrong, even though they had it in their hand. They were complaining about the customers and about working there, while the customers were right in front of the them. Highly recommend NOT going there. The owners should be ashamed of their employees.

  Cheap Indian give you old expired food. Argue with me over free coupons. 3 times there food made me sick.

  Ordered two breakfast sandwiches through the drive-through and the cheese was not melted on either of them and they were both cold. I went inside to address the problem and it was an issue. It took a while for someone to notice that I was standing there and when I told them about the problem, she said, what do you want me to do?(Rude employees)!!! They did make me two new sandwiches, but you could tell it was a problem they had to do that.
