  This Chipotle cannot get the job done. Did a mobile order and picked it up…always make sure to grab my own utensils and napkins myself because they’re never in the bag when I request them. Got home to find the skimpiest bowl. There was more sour cream than anything else in the bowl. Called the restaurant multiple times and they didn’t even pick up the phone, what a shame!

  Watch out when you order your food here they have a tendency to be a little bit rushy and they will skip you to go to the next customer to do their food first and you won’t get the meat that you want. I was ordering my food and I ordered a burrito for my kid and turns out while they’re making the burrito. The other coworker didn’t help out with the order to help out automatically jump to the next person in line and took his order and finish him first before be able to finish me. I thought they do as they finish us first and then go to the next person in line so I wasn’t able to order the meat that I wanted added to something else which is ridiculous plus also the coworker was rushy again and and almost did not start on my other order.

  Stop stop stop ! Don’t go .. if you eat this undercooked food, you might fall sick !! We ordered 1 chipotle bowl and 1 quesadilla , the Bowl had undercooked rice .. who knows it might have been left over from the previous day 😮yuck ! Nothing on the bowl looked fresh .. it was so hard to chew it ! felt very bad eating this food !! This restaurant is in prime location , so we thought this must be our best option .. but who knew we were putting our foot on the pot hole 🧐 don’t ever go here ..

  Ordered online for delivery on 2 burritos and they totally screwed the one up. Mind you a $27 burrito and all they wanna give you in return is a side of guacamole and chips and salsa. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!!!!!! None the less you can't even get ahold of a team member at the restaurant very unprofessional.

  Their food always seems to be subpar only at this location. It had no taste… The one in Hummelstown right up the street always has good food and service. I went to Hershey because they were still open. Never again going to this location… it was a waste of money. Paid for double rice, used a double protein reward, and they gave LESS than a standard meal and didn’t add other toppings. I do not recommend.
