- CPC PierceJan 1, 20261.0NYE seafood counter, a nice new salesperson helped me with an order, his hand accidentally hit a metal guard above the fish, and all the seafood in the case got dusted in frost & a lot of dirt; he was shocked. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a month or more. Hopefully management was made aware & the fish was trashed. It should be cleaned & sanitize daily, the board of health would have shut it down.

The customer service girl ( very young, teenager or early 20s, skinny, blonde in glasses) left the customer service desk, saying that she has some business in the back room. That individual has done that to me in the past. It’s a primitive childish passive aggressive technique called “marinating the customer”. I would like to bring this matter to the attention of the management to make sure that this nasty individual would not be working at the customer service anymore. P.S. i’ve been shopping at giant in Hellertown for more than 25 years. But recently, I am avoiding it because I don’t wanna deal with customer service people.
