    Came to get lunch for me and my coworker had to go back since they got the sandwiches wrong walked all the back to work and figured out they gave me the same sandwiches twice also the drinks we got which we’ve never had a problem with tasted like they put old fruit syrup in it also the original wait was atrocious plus spending nearly 30 dollars on lunch you’d hope they could do it right

    Hellertown Dunkin is now remodel and completely transformed to very beautiful place. Looks great and friendly staff with quick service

    I understand you can't control what you run out of but don't try to sell me something I don't want because you can't refund my order. I had a very disappointing experience in Hellertown today

    We went to this place a couple minutes ago and my dad ordered a coffee and a coffee roll. The coffee was essentially hot water and the roll tasted raw. We went back in the drive thru to ask them for a new coffee and all they did was reheat the one we already had and seemingly added more milk no apologies or anything. Overall horrible
