Your workers have horrible customer service I understand that you may not serve icecream that late but why have it on the app and why be so rude about it. Not everyone know that. Hope your staff learns how to be nice to people

Then without having to ask she already hooked us up with apple pies and cookies instead and added some extra fries. Just good common sense solution to a minor problem. I've literally seen it go sideways at other establishments because people are nuts. Great job! Pay that woman more please.
