The only issues I can think of are the cleanliness, and the occasional mix up of orders. The second one can be ruled out mostly due to the fact I've been here hundreds of times. Despite moving to Tennessee, this Wendy's in my hometown is still my favorite I've ever been to.

They apparently don’t have ketchup packets or BBQ… those are the most simplest sauces you need to have at a fast food restaurant. The workers attitude especially “Amelia” was completely unacceptable. Rude, big attitude and ignorant. We got to the window and asked for a cup carrier because we had 4 drinks… gave an attitude saying “no cup carriers” and shut the window. If I could give 0 stars on the service I would.
