I stopped by Dunkin' hoping to grab my usual extra large coffee and a donut. Unfortunately, they were out of donuts, which was a little disappointing at first. However, two teenagers working there, Ava and Alexis, completely turned my visit around. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and made sure I still had a great experience. Their positive attitudes and genuine customer service really put a smile on my face. Even though I didn’t get everything I originally came for, they made my trip feel special. Great coffee and even better service thanks to Ava and Alexis! 10/10 I will be returning

It's basically a drive thru no seats inside but it's quick and easy to get to

One of the worst experiences! Entire staff was pathetic. Took over fifteen minutes to prepare one coffee and one sandwich and yet they gave me a wrong item.
The Dunkin’ Dry-Spell: A Study in Managerial Failure
I have spent weeks being the "nice guy," biting my tongue on the missed orders and chaotic service because, hey, it’s a new location. Growing pains, right?
But today, the sheer incompetence on display finally snapped my spirit.
Imagine two General Managers standing in a Dunkin', staring blankly at each other because they have no water to make coffee.
A coffee shop. Without coffee. It’s no longer a business; it’s just a building that smells like sugar and failed dreams.
The "Genius" at Work
It is physically painful to witness this level of "leadership."
* The Solution: A Dollar General is 3 miles away. Walmart is 7 miles away.
* The Action: Absolutely nothing.
* The Reality: Instead of spending 15 minutes to go buy cases of water so 2nd and 3rd shift workers could get their caffeine fix, these two titans of industry decided to just... let the ship sink.
The Audacity
To top off this masterclass in failure, there was zero effort to make it right. No "sorry for the hassle," no complimentary donut, not even a "here’s a gift card for your troubles." Just a hollow, corporate stare while they watched exhausted workers walk away empty-handed.
Watching two 'leaders' fail to solve a problem that a teenager with a learner's permit could fix is a level of second-hand embarrassment I wasn't prepared for today."
I’d suggest they be embarrassed, but it’s clear that self-awareness—much like the water—is currently out of stock. Consider my "neighborly grace" officially revoked.

I am definitely a Dunkin person versus Starbucks. I am originally from Philadelphia. When I moved to Hazleton there was only one Dunkin in town which was horrible. I live in Eagle Rock Resort so it wasn’t around the corner from it either. When they opened up the one by my church I was happy because it was a little closer. The manager there is great but not so much the workers. I’m disabled and would have to park my car and go in after leaving the drive thru and finding my coffee wasn’t made right. I order on the app so what I want is right there and I pay extra for the things I add. Anyway, when they put this one in right up the road from my house I was so thrilled. The workers are super friendly. If they aren’t done my order when I get there they let me know they are working on it. My coffee was missing my extra Carmel the one day and they were super sweet about fixing it. Great location, great service, great people!
