Today I went in person to make same order and took the actual sticker they place on the bag that has order number on it and time stamp. The young man at register was very polite and kind but when it was time for manager to come in she fumbled badly.(Older white female) She ignored the entire complaint being dismissive and stating she would not do a thing without the receipt for transaction from register. All I wanted was that the protein be comped on this sandwich being they failed to place it on my last order. She was not able to hear my concern and or apologize at least for the inconvenience. Do yourself a favor and check order before leaving drive thru because the manager does not care about customer service there. Staff for the record is extremely nice there and has always been helpful just their manager needs to be admonished and retrained being she does not care about the clientele.

When I approached the drive-thru speaker, I tried to order a macchiato but had trouble pronouncing it. Instead of helping me, an employee in the background laughed and told me she couldn’t understand me. I ended up changing my order to an iced latte. When I got to the window, I tried to pay with Apple Pay, but I was told I had to go inside to pay. This could have been mentioned earlier at the speaker so I didn’t have to wait in line unnecessarily. I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed. I believe staff should be more understanding when a customer struggles with pronunciation, and also communicate clearly about payment options before the customer reaches the window. Thank you for your time and attention.
