However whenever I choose drive-through pickup I see the workers walk right past me and then I am waiting for a while...I understand you guys might be short staffed, however when I come inside after waiting for 5 minutes, not only do you go over and hand the car after me their food right away, but say it is due to staffing issues but assist me right away inside, when you are standing over by the drive through window regardless. I love this place but I just wish I was not spending 10-15 minutes out of my 30 minute break there sitting at the window.

This does not cost $20 And this is the 3rd time I order at night by uber eats and they send the smallest portion not even a true portion of food. This only happens when we order at night.

Garbage was overflowing and when I told this tto the workers (because there was literally no where to dump trash), they gave me even more attitude and went back in their phones. Tables also dirty. Only one who seemed to care was the guy cooking the steak and chicken on the grill.

They were out of half the stuff, when the server asked the kitchen guy if there was any carne asada left he told her he would have to drop some, but then didnt bother. Got the chicken which ended up being dry as it sat in the steam table for quite some time. They also said oh we are out of lettuce, which tends to be the most abundant item in chipotles. Was just super lazy service. So chipotle needs to up their wages to attract better workers, as the current ones are operating at a less then $12 an hour motivation level.
