  I've been having problems with both a delivery driver and whoever picks up the phone, the delivery driver Andres can't read a recipient and claimed I didn't pay the correct amount, then whoever picks up the phone clearly couldn't care less giving me attitude

  We received part of our order. We called and received no information, they were unapologetic and could not answer about the rest of my order. Very poor service. Won’t be ordering again.

  Terrible customer service. The experience was awful from start to finish. I waited over 2 hours for nothing, and on top of that, they entered the phone number incorrectly, which made everything worse. Everything was done wrong: poor service, no interest in helping, and no solution at all. Complete lack of professionalism and proper training. They waste your time and treat customers as if they don’t matter

  Horrible experiencia, hoy ordene en esta tienda, ya mi pedido iba por 1hora y 20 minutos y aún no lo preparaban, llamé para saber de mi pedido y la chica que me contestó horrible servicio al cliente, muy mal hablada, preferí cancelar mi pedido porque si me lo iban a preparar como esa chica me contestó, pues mejor no lo quiero.
