I turned around and went to the counter to ask if I could just have a pump or 2 since it seemed like it was just accidentally overlooked. I did try and ask this in a nice way as I know some customers were get angry about this. I immediately got met with attitude with the worker saying "I definitely remember putting mocha in here" after rolling her eyes. I also got the snarky "next time it's going to cost a $1" as if I was trying to get free stuff? Im sorry I took a sip of my latte and ALSO LOOKED AT IT and tasted/saw no mocha.
