As I arrived the morning of (35 min car drive each way) I was told we don’t have the donuts you ordered. Both employees working had zero sympathy & told me this is common here. I understand the donuts get delivered to this location but a call or email would have been the professional thing to do. For a family that used to be a huge fan of KK, we will not be back. Don’t waste the time!

Plus my 4 year old hasn't been, I know what kind of mother lol Maybe I shouldn't have taken my God brother after getting bloodwork but he's been doing so well and received some of the best results since his transplants!! It was a celebration and we'll worth the 40+ min ride from West Chester! I've never ordered a drink always doughnuts but I got a drink today too!! My toddler loved her special doughnut and a couple glazed from my dozen! We will be back again soon!! Only problem, bathroom was out of order, had to got to Acme. Took some pics but I don't post my daughter online. #Iykyk Great customer service 10/10 for the young man who served us and management on duty!!
