    The giant in Aldan is the worst. The employees i came in contact with were rude and had no clue about rainchecks the manager said yes that I could get a raincheck. Then the two employees that followed me up to the manager (not sure why) the female was so close to me had to politely ask her to take a step back. Just not such a great experience. Now the giant in Haverford they are such a different breed of ppl there VERY FRIENDLY!!!!

    This location is usually ok, today, not so much. The cashier was leaning over having a personal conversation when I approached the line, let’s start there. The associate she was talking to looked at me and continued talking. Once the cashier turned around, I had already been standing there for at least 10-15 seconds. No greeting, she didn’t even ask for my bonus card or ask if I wanted to enter my phone number. I purchased 2 gift cards, 1 for $250 and 1 for $50. I was asked to present my credit card and my identification. When I asked why, she said it was to make sure that I wanted that amount of money to come out of my account. What does that mean? I would have rather she said she needed to see it because I’m a black man instead of that bs. Needless to say I feel insulted and I may not shop here anymore. Kheea should know better and I’m sure she treats “other” customers with respect and kindness. Oh and to add insult to injury, she looked surprised that my card went through.
