  Had 2 foot long subways both were made so bad. They were dripping with sauces alot of topping were out of the subway, the server wasn’t trained properly. As i complained their manager Melissa she told me it cannot be refunded because we tried to ate it but she offered us new subways which were made the same way but obviously with less sauce. The is by far the worst subway i ever ate.

  I have eaten at more subways than I can count, and I just had the best customer service I’ve ever had at one at this location. Maybe it was because I beat the lunchtime rush, but I’d like to believe it’s just the way she is. I was helped by a woman called Twig. She was welcoming, kind, accommodating, and doing her best to make sure the sandwich was exactly how I wanted it. She asked me multiple follow up questions, including whether I wanted it toasted with some veggies, whether I wanted lite, medium or heavy on different veggies, and whether I wanted the footling bagged as two separate sandwiches. All throughout she was pleasant, warm, and smiling. She said she wanted to make sure my lunch was just right. She also let me know that if I use the app, I could get a free footlong next time. I can’t remember the last time I had such a pleasant time ordering food. I don’t pass through here all too often, but I don’t think I’ll ever be able to pass this city without thinking of Subway and Twig.

  Service was fantastic and with a smile! Sandwiches on the other hand are over priced and lacking in ingredients.
