  Listen, I got a baconator on this occasion and a crispy chicken BLT with my rewards points from this Wendy's both times recently. First time was a moving drive thru and this time nobody was in the parking lot and late at night 1040PMish and it was the hands down best location an quality of food I've had on either side of the Susquehanna. I think a Wendy's workers deserve their recognition, being a former employee in a diff. state, I know a little reflection on something can go a long way with reviews! My food was hot, put together well, fresh veggies on my crispy chicken BLT and the right amt of bacon! The employee with the red hair, I forgot her name, greeted me and was super kind and efficient. I cannot wait til I crave Wendy's to order from here and experience the staff service.

  This has to be one of the WORSE Wendy’s in the area. Staff is all unprofessional and unorganized and have ZERO customer service skills!! Throws your food in bags and when you go to take out sandwiches, wrappers are open and sandwiches fall out. Whoever the owner of this location is, you need to teach your employees professionalism and mannerism.

  Waited 18 minutes for a single burger, 10 minutes in I heard them say “Where’s that mobile order at?” Burger was completely wrong and missing items. It wasn’t even busy, these cooks just suck at their jobs.

  If I could give 0 stars I would have. I just sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. There was 1 car in the drive thru already but they were sitting at the 2nd pickup window. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked if anyone was there. Some guy got on the headset very nastily and said they only had 1 person taking orders and I needed to wait. I can see inside and there was no one at the counter and only 1 other car in the drive thru so I'm confused on who they were taking orders from that they couldn't take mine. I finally got tired of waiting and backed out of the drive thru and went to McDonalds. This is becoming a common occurrence at this location and wish the Franchisee or the Corporation would do something about it. I think for the future I'll save the trouble and just go somewhere else to begin with.
