Don't let the review showing the dining room fool you. This restaurant closed off their dining room. It's order out only. Not a single place to sit and eat if you walk in.

Hair in my pizza and the only thing I got offered was a new pizza or a credit wth nobody wants a credit man
I went here hoping to eat inside, come to find out the dinning room is under renovations, and I got my pizza hot and supposedly fresh, but tasted dry like cardboard yuk!!! What a waste of my money 💰 I'd highly recommend against going to this location

Absolutely lousy service the last several months! I shouldn't even order delivery from there anymore but it's the only local Pizza Hut that delivers to me, although it's not the only local pizza place tgat delivers to me. There us far better wuth far better service! That's for sure! No wonder a lot of Pizza Huts are sadly going out if business. It's probably the service, it's not the food. Although the Devonshire location in Harrisburg rebds to be pretty good. Their food is usually really good if they actually make what I order correctly but apparently that isn't gonna happen any time in the near future based on my experiences the last couple of months. I've been a good customer of theirs fir many years now abd apparently they couldn't care less because I ordered food over the last several months and I would constantly be missing drinks abd items. The last time I actually was able to speak to someone in the store over the phone, which has been quite some time, they gave me a little bit of hassle then didn't even fully compensate me for my losses. Then I ordered a fairly large on Valentine's night and almost half of the items were missing and I wasn't fully compensated. I ordered a custom pizza maybe a week after that and it was made wrong. I tried to call the manager at the store several times that week but apparently they're not answering my phone calls anymore as they're trying to make me out to be a problem customer when I was just trying to nicely call instead of immediately calling corporate and telling them what I think about their loss service, rudeness and apathy on Google. I took pictures of the receipts with the detailed items I ordered and pictures of what they delivered to me and will be posting them on Google review, so that other customers and management and corporate can clearly see that I was not the one at fault multiple times like they try to imply. I will say that there was a make manager who for the most part has been pretty friendly to me for probably atleast a year wuth the multiple mistakes and issues but even he apparently turned on me in February, trying to imply that I was the problem when all I was trying to do was trying to get compensated for my losses but apparently to no avail the last couple of times. Domino's and other local pizza places seems to be capable of generally always delivering accurate orders and don't "criminalize" their long term, faithful, good customers for trying to call in mistake orders

The true miracle of this establishment was not the pizza alone, though it glistened like a golden sunset on a lake of tomato sauce. It was Juan.
A man whose presence seemed to bend the very currents of hospitality around him. His greeting was not simply a “hello,” but a warm breeze after a long winter. When he set the box before me, it felt less like a transaction and more like a friend handing me something he cooked in his own kitchen.
Juan did not just serve pizza. He asked about my day with the earnest concern of an old friend. He ensured every topping was perfectly aligned, every slice cut with the precision of a master artisan. In his capable hands, the humble pizza became something better.
I left that Pizza Hut not merely fed, but transformed like a pilgrim who has glimpsed something sacred in a cardboard jawn.
No one out pizzas the Juan.
