  Use to be my favorite mcds but I went in there last night before my second job got there at 10:10 didn't get my food until 1030 and the fries were COLD. I literally watched people stand around for 20 minutes then had the nerve to give me cold fries. I ask for a refund went next door to Popeyes and got my food in 1 minute. Still ain't get my money back neither. Those minutes before work is precious

  The manager of this establishment is highly unprofessional. She catches an attitude with you and then wants to blame the customer when the customer decides to not take her attitude and acts like she did nothing wrong. As a manager of an establishment, her customer service skills, stink, and are by far the trashiest.

  As a general manager for many years the level of disgust i feel.for this location, I have no.words..each and every time I go something is forgotten. I spend way to much money each visit to continue to come to this location. Today I order 6 dollar meals 3, a fish sandwich meal, which was not in bag, 3 mcflurries, and I picked up extra nuggets because last time I was there they forgot those. I do understand mistakes, but every time I come.. jeez, beyond tiring. I worked ten hours today figure we stop and make dinner easy and here we go again, another whole item forgotten. To pull up to the window and feel the chaos that is happening is showing a lack of training and just a whole do not care attitude towards peoples busy lives. We know your busy but you don't let the customer know you are busy.. I would rather you pull me over to wait then not get what I pay for... training is key... period

  Don't bother at this location. It's worth it to drive to a different one. Food is consistently not fresh - hard rolls, old fries. Also, it's pointless to use the app, you wait and wait for poorly prepared food

  I’m convinced that the manager, since she looks like a woman who’d struggle with a push-start door—is actually running a social experiment on human primal instincts. ​I ordered online n waited in Curbside, n apparently, I accidentally ordered the "Fingerpaint n leakey" Bundle. I pulled away only to realize my bag was a desert of dry napkins and my cup was a straw-less void.
