  When I went back around the drive-thru because they forgot the liquid sugar in my iced coffee, they argued with me and told me I was supposed to clarify that detail to them personally, despite the fact that it was a mobile order and the menu clearly states that the regular iced coffees should come with the sugar. I worked at McDonald's for many years myself and these people need to check and see what is supposed to be in a regular iced coffee rather than arguing with customers over their own mistake. Anyone can open the app right now or look it up and see that a regular McDonald's iced coffee comes with ice, cream, and liquid sugar. The flavored iced coffees have their own types of sweetener like vanilla syrup and caramel syrup. If they just corrected their mistake rather than arguing with me, I would not have left this review.

  It's McDonald's. The food is the same everywhere. Never great, just mediocre. This location normally has a filthy parking lot.

  It's really close to Danville medical center. This is our McDonald's of choice when we're visiting Danville medical center. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, but also today I learned they're very forgetful at 3:00. In the afternoon they forgot my $4 medium fries over my would have been cheaper choice of $3.29 fry a small but before I left the door I checked my bag and realized everything was in there except for the fries. Got out to my car. Started to eat my Big Mac. I like it. Well done. I don't like it blackened and burnt but the more I order these well done. The more awk it feels like they're like okay. He wants it burn it. No I don't want to burn. I don't want it tan. I want it well done. McDonald's please get it together too. It's not just stand around McDonald's. It's clean up in Penn State territory. You need to solve it. We don't want burnt Burger we only want well done burger! After I stood at the counter and waited for 5 minutes, they finally got the attention of me and said oh, what did we miss your French file? Let me guess it was your french fries. Yes, you missed my medium french fries. It cost $4. Yes you did all right. Hold on a second and she acted like she was running over to the fry thing. The fryer I thought. Oh well, at least they're going to be fresh fries. The young man looked at me. Funny. Looked at the floor. Looked at the manager looked at the floor. Looked at me. It was like. Yep. Here's your fries. I got out to the car. The fries were cold and hard. Not only did they forget them they gave me old fries cold and hard. I don't know other times I've stopped here over the last 20 years. Service was great. I don't know what changed. Just my honest opinions this time in 2026

  Poor customer service!!! After placing a mobile order to cash in some points I am told the frappe machine is not working!!! And they couldn't exchange my order for something else. I just need to cancel the order.. but you can't cancel an order that has been stated. So now I am out a treat( it's been a bad day and just wanted a treat) and the points. Manager should be able to have fixed it or allowed and alternative.
