Edit to add it ended up taking 25 minutes for our food and we were a mobile order. Another edit... The food wasn't even fresh! What the actual heck was I waiting for then???
Original: It's Sunday at 7 PM. there are 5 cars lined up in parking spots all awaiting food for 10+ minutes. But I believe the issue is that this place isn't staffed. I only see 2 people inside! Cutting staff isn't the way to cut costs.

I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred on February 13, 2026, at approximately 7:25 PM EST, at your drive-thru.
I stopped by and was approached by a very nice employee who offered to buy my dog some ice cream. They kindly handed it to me, which I appreciated. However, shortly after, the manager came around the corner and started to say that they don’t do that, and then proceeded to urge and argue with one of the employees in a very unprofessional manner. The way the manager spoke was rude and completely inappropriate.
What made the situation worse was that the manager’s behavior continued even after we left the drive-thru and was still urging and arguing with the employees, which I found to be totally unprofessional and embarrassing for everyone involved.
I believe it’s important that the management team be aware of this incident, as it reflects poorly on the level of professionalism and customer service at this location. I kindly request contact information for the appropriate personnel so I can further discuss this matter.
Thank you for your attention to this issue. I hope steps will be taken to ensure a more respectful and professional environment in the future.

Too slow.
Suck in the queue for the last 30 mins, still waiting for my order after paying. Have a hungry kiddo in the car!!!
