  I come to this Subway location on Union Deposit often, but unfortunately the experience continues to be disappointing - especially when the woman who claims to be the owner is serving. She is consistently rude and unwelcoming — especially when we use VALID DISCOUNTS. She acts annoyed or irritated every time, don’t respond when I say things like “thank you”, always nasty nice with something slick to say when she does speak, and even go as far as to throw the sandwiches on the counter instead of handing it to me like every other customer. On top of that, she skimps on the meat and cheese, which is frustrating when you're paying for a sandwich that's supposed to be made to standard - regardless if a discount is being used. Called her out on this but of-course she denies it. There were 2 young men that used to work there that made the BEST sandwiches. Guess she got rid of them because they wouldn’t gip customers with skimpy sandwiches. Major changes need to be made in how customers are treated and how food is prepared starting with taking her off the counter.

  Poor service and inconsistency the man takes coupons the girl declines them. Also watch the ingredients they put on your sub because they never put the double cheese on the subs that include double cheese and they also only put three pieces of ham on the Italian bmts.
