  I Loved pizza hut until hours ago. I love their flavor of Pizza, the thickness, and everything overall but Today everything changed. The service is just fine for me, location good, environment very chill... I'm a New Yorker so I can definitely talk Pizza and I've ordered severally from Devonshire Rd in Hburg, but TAday? Taday, today! They have officially disappointed me. I ordered over the phone on my way there speaking to a live person. All I wanted was a Large supreme pizza, no beef, but I want extra sauce, she repeated back tomy order, I confirmed, I got my pizza n went home. Crust look a little white but it's ok, it was crisp. This particular pizza was the most dry pizza I've ever had. They went opposite on me and gave what seems to be a next to no sauce pizza. I'm just surprised, not a good birthday pizza And I'm not quiting them, it may just be 1 worker that was distracted or didn't care but 2nd time and I'm out.

  I would AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. I ordered delivery for 2 bacon pizzas today and paid extra for the crust to be pan crust. When I received the order it was pushed off to door dash and they just delivered regular super thin pizza crust with a ton of liquid under the crust. So I call the establishment and speak to someone named BRIAN who immediately answered with a disgusting attitude. I just told him I paid for pan crust and he tried to tell me they do not have it at first. Then he told me that I was wrong and he sent the correct crust. I asked if I could take a photo and send it to management and he said "you can do whatever you want I know what we sent you!" And proceeded to hang up. I called back 3 times and he proceeded to hang up each time, then eventually not answer. I was super polite about everything, even when he got ignorant with me. This was the laziest, rudest man I've ever dealt with in customer service. It's not a big deal to me to get my order messed up as long as we can fix it. I even called the wrong store initially and they told me that they always have to fix that stores mistakes and how rude they are. It was night and day between the two phone calls. What a lovely manager and i ended up with BRIAN. On my reciept it showed that i was the 13th order that day. Zero reason for this to happen with how slow this store is. This establishment seems to only hire lazy miserable entitled jerks who cannot handle 13 orders in one day and just want that paycheck for standing around doing nothing. Avoid this disgusting place. P.s BRIAN said he didn't even use olives that day...but look what made it onto my pizza magically? Idiocy.

  Don’t recommend going here if you’re looking to dine in! Asked if dine in was an option, got 2 different answers from 2 separate employees. One did not take too kind of the idea of eating in. The other employee was more friendly and explained if we ordered at the restaurant and not on the phone (we ordered in person) then we can eat in. We sat down and employee number one was talking trash with another coworker and making it very known! I didn’t know it was an issue to dine in!! (Maybe he didn’t want to clean 😂) clearly these guys don’t have enough respect to be working at an establishment like that!
