  I liked this mcdonalds. All of our food was fresh and the drive thru was fast paced with awesome people working the windows.

  Stopped in for a quick bite. Restrooms were clean and so was everything else!!! Service was fantastic... Wish I could take them back to OH to show them how it's done. Food hot, fresh, and not made messy. Employees friendly and positive.

  Every single night the lazy night shift workers always close up dinner 30 min to a hour before breakfast and make me cancel my order bc they are to lazy to make it and just want it over with if I place a order at 3:40 and is says dinner isn’t done till 4 than why are u making me waste my money bc ur to lazy to make the food this has happend over and over especially they lady at night shift on wensday

  Got 2 cones through the drive-thru. Asked for one to be half the size. Gave me 2 half-sized cones (by comparison to what's depicted on the app and what I've gotten previously) and gave me a line that it was different because the way that I was dressed made me look like I could be the owner. If the owner's that big of a cheapskate that they refuse to provide what the franchise promises because they're afraid to get in trouble, then the actual owner needs to get out of the business.

  Dear McDonald’s Customer Care Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent visit to one of your locations. I visited the McDonald’s drive-through at the Eisenhower location with my children and ordered four meals. Upon receiving our order, multiple drinks immediately began spilling because the lids were not secured properly. This caused a significant mess and inconvenience, especially while traveling with children. The drinks even spilled in the bag where the meals were. What was most disappointing was the response from the gentleman working the drive-through. He did not apologize, show concern, or offer napkins or any assistance to help address the situation. His behavior came across as unprofessional and lacked basic customer service and empathy. This experience fell well below the standards I expect from McDonald’s and negatively impacted what should have been a simple family meal. Due to the inconvenience, mess, and poor service we experienced. This is not what I expect from an employee that is supposed to be the face of McDonalds. I trust that McDonald’s values customer feedback and will address this matter promptly. I look forward to your response and a resolution.
