I also get it’s Christmas Eve so it’s a stressful day for all involved. But I order lunch for my partner who is working in Harrisburg for pick up, and whoever was at the counter (he didn’t get her name unfortunately) argued with him about it not being paid even tho the order screen shot with the code and everything said paid. When he brought this up to her she turned around and cancelled it to be petty which I have a screenshot of. So I re-did it while she talked a bunch of shit in front of other customers about the whole thing. Again I get it’s a stressful day but the way she acted wasn’t warranted. Grow up and learn how to talk to people and save the shit talking for when it’s actually warranted. 🤷♀️
