Went here and tried to get help with a gift card and was told it wasn't their problem and they just walked away. Ended up just walking out .

This McDonald's constantly screws up orders, and sometimes multiple times in a row on the same order. They are clearly not paying attention to what they're doing. 2 different times now they've put the right sticker on the wrong bag. Idk what the deal is, but this one is not ran well at all.

Every time i stop here. Im Literally mad I didn't drive 5 extra minutes to a different one. My mistake for thinking it would get better

This is ridiculous yall need to allow uber eats drivers and doordashers use your drive through its almost 1am and you had like 9 cars all waiting to pick up their orders when i arrived with my friend to pick up a delivery, shes a female and she doesn't feel comfortable in large groups of guys and yall just said whenever we tried to go to drive through we had to go to the pick up window .....well that's bs you expect 9 people to call whenever you could just handle them all through the drive through like normal it would solve alot of headache and people waiting around

I went here today to place an order. i placed my order on the kiosk and i went up to the register to pay for my order and the employees were talking and they turned around and just stared at me and went back to talking and acting like i wasn’t there. I had to wait until an employee came from delivering an order outside so when he got back inside he could help me out. Than on top of that, i got old fries, and old chicken nuggets. the chicken nuggets were stale and the fries were brown and soggy. not pleasant with my customer service today.
