Delivery window system is absolutely the worst one so far. The phone number does NOT work and you're sitting in everyone's way and nobody comes to the window. Yall need a better method. 🙄

I really like McDonalds food, and their App was always easy to use (probably the best in the business). But, almost every one of their locations have become focused on delivery to the exclusion of regular customers. This locations is no exception. Today I ordered three (3) burgers and one (1) order of fries in the App; went through the drive-thru; was directed to park int he "Drive-Thru" parking area; After 15 minutes went into the store to see if I had been forgotten. The staff was hustling, filling large shopping bags for the many delivery drivers waiting.
I asked about my food and was handed my bag of very cold food that had to be reheated at home.
I'm close to abandoning McD's, as they have apparently already abandoned their non-delivery customer base.
