The store has posted that they close at 10 p.m. I called the store and was told they lock the doors at 9:55 p.m. I told her it is only 9:50 and I would like to speak with the manager on duty. The manager on duty got on the phone and asked what I was purchasing. He then came to the door and allowed me entry. My concerns is if you advertise closing at 10- then close at 10, if you are closing at 9:55 then advertise accordingly.
