Let’s start by saying she rushes your order on top of giving a nasty attitude while doing so. There’s no need to have manners with her because she lacks to have any herself my order is always either wrong or just simply burnt. I literally hate stopping at this location it’s a terrible experience.

My husband went in for a coffee and some food.. the manager then was handling a drive trough order and sold the food he purchased to the drive through person THEN wouldn’t even give his money back… so he then just walked out…. This is sickening that people are this cruel… AND A MANAGER AT THAT! All employees are rude and disrespectful to the customers.. one of their names being TIA…

They are the only dunkin that makes the dunkelatte really well. The staff are always super polite and in a good mood no matter who is there! They are friendly and always have smiles. I love going there almost daily for my drink! If the staff see this, thank you for always being friendly and kind. Yall are amazing! Not a lot of places have the customer service like they do anymore.

The matcha powder and milk were not mixed properly, resulting in a drink that was mostly plain milk. It completely ruined my appetite and left me feeling nauseous for quite a while. Also when I brought up my concern, the staff was extremely rude and responded with dismissive and inappropriate expressions. This was a very unpleasant experience overall.
