After u called the store the GM named “Josh” according to him claims there is NOTHING he could do, I requested a partial refund and proceeded to minimize my issue and claimed there’s no way he was issue a refund over a $2.00 drink. I asked for help reporting a claim with corporate and he told me he doesn’t use the app and he doesn’t even order dominos ever and that he just works there.. Overall horrible experience with employees who don’t take responsibility over their own “stores” as the manager a person who is supposed to be the ambassador of the company and instead creates a bad experience out of pride. Will not order from here again.
