I identified who I was and the order I placed two topping medium pizza that was supposed to be complimentary but was asking how I intended to pay for the order. The female that answered the phone said that the order would be free. When I arrived to pick up the order I identified who I was and indicated it was a two topping complimentary sausage and mushroom pizza. However, when I got home and opened up the pizza it was a plain pie. I called the establishment and was greeted by an arrogant and rude individual who proceeded to tell me I got what I ordered and if there was an error it was my fault. I have ordered numerous pizzas from this business and never has it been a plain pizza. I even requested the person review my past orders to which they responded that isn't necessarily because they got the order right. To this I indicated I would no longer use their location if I so choose to order Domino's pizza and ended the conversation.
