  Employees need taught on serving sizes. No reason why my bowl should be gone in 5 minutes because it’s barely full. I don’t care if it’s a mobile order. Every customer should get the same amount whether they’re in the store ordering & watching you or not. Most of it was sour cream & barely any rice. Do better.

  Avoid if you can. Just go to another one. The service is so poor here. Every single one of the staff has an attitude every time I go. They barely give any meat and they don’t listen when you explain how you want your food done. My bowl this last time was inedible and I ended up just throwing it away. Waste of money. Ever since Anthony left it’s been a mess.

  Food was great but manager was extremely rude to her employee in front of customers. By the sounds of it, I believe he was a new employee. The restaurant was dirty and not kept up with. Half of the sodas were out. I love Chipotle but will not come back to this location.

  Came in last night with a friend (first time seeing him in a few months), and right away the vibe was good — place was actually packed, which is always a good sign. Energy felt solid and the staff seemed to get along, which matters more than people think. Service on the line was fast and smooth. The woman who started my bowl was super kind and actually noticed I got a light scoop of rice at first — she offered to add more without me even asking. That goes a long way as a customer, especially when you’re paying real money for these bowls now. Shoutout to her for that. Staff was attentive overall: asked about drinks, reminded me to use my Chipotle rewards (huge plus — I would’ve forgotten), and kept things moving. Portions were solid, and everything after that first small hiccup went smoothly. Only thing on me is I should’ve spoken up about wanting double chicken — that’s not on them. Food was good, environment was great, and the team had good chemistry. Only reason this isn’t 5 stars: cleanliness. Our table had leftover rice, lettuce, and cheese on it, and the condiment/soda/utensil area was a bit messy. Not disgusting, but noticeable. All in all — great staff, quick service, good energy. Clean up the dining area a little more consistently and this is easily a 5-star spot.

  I have ordered from this location several times and it is my fault for not learning from my mistakes. My most recent order was a burrito bowl. The rice was hard and you could tell it had been sitting out. I also did not get the fajitas veggies that I had added to my order. It was basically inedible with the rice the way it was. This is not the first time I have had these same problems at this location, so I had finally had enough. I messaged them to let them know my issues and that this was not the first time this has happened. Their solution was to send me a voucher for a free drink. A voucher for a free $5 drink for a ruined $30 dinner is disgusting and I honestly would have rather them not respond at all. And to top it off... the voucher was only good for a limited time. What a complete slap in the face... I will never go back to this location.
