  I usually don’t like to leave reviews but I decided to read some of the reviews and im just so disappointed on how people would address this Dunkin off of one experience. These employees are not perfect, give them all a chance. About 2 months ago i decided to come here and it has been by far the best one ever. Had some issues in the mornings but I figured it’s because of rush hour. Before work I would come through drive thru, the young lady (B) would take my order and that one time, that very first time, kept me coming back. Every time I come and she sees me through the screen, all she says is (girrrllll not today, come to my window). She is so funny, I just love her positive energy. Every time a new cold foam comes in, she would encourage me to try it and my drink comes out better than before. It must be on her days off, my drink always tastes different. So now I make sure I go when she’s working. Even if she doesn’t take my order, I know she’s the one making it. I am absolutely proud of her though. One day she’s in a black shirt and now she’s in a different color shirt so I know she definitely doing her job correctly. I just love that girl.

  I don't put too much stock in humanity these days. But I pride myself on being a decent individual. My name is James. I show up to places to mind my own business, and be as polite as can be. The next time I show up to this location, and am not bothering anyone ; I expect the same act in kind. I'm a nice guy. I want this business to flourish. Be kind to people just minding their own business.

  I have been coming to this dunkin since iits opening. If I could rate it higher I would. It initially had some slight issues as it was in its infancy with new employees learning new job responsibilities. But as the employees grew in their knowledge of the product they were able to shake the dust off and become fully efficient in performing their duties. The most positive assessment I have is their personalities. Their kindness, their ability to interact with a smile, and to engage with so many customers on a first name basis. Everytime you enter the store you ate greeted with a smile and a HELLO. Even in their busy high volume moments of serving customers they still have that positive encouraging vibe. Ive always understood as a small business owner that businesses in their infancy will have some flaws. Its how those flaws are handled. In the case of Dunkin the minor flaws were corrected. This is MY STORE of CHOICE!!! THANKS TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES FOR MAKING CUSTOMERS FEEL VALUED!!! I HOPE ALL THE CUSTOMERS VALUE YOU AND THE DUNKIN OPERATIONS IN RETURN!!!
